E-Commerce
If you have had a disservice after making an online purchase on one of the sites displaying the Netcomm seal, and you have not obtained a satisfactory response, Netcomm offers you the Netcomm-AACC joint negotiation. It is an easy, fast, and completely free alternative dispute resolution method. If you have filed a complaint with the company and you have not received a response within 45 days (or you have received an unsatisfactory response), you can start the conciliation by sending the filled-in Conciliation Application, complete with attachments, directly to the Technical Secretariat. It will also be possible to indicate, in the form, a Consumers Association of trust, chosen from among those signatories of the agreement, or leave the choice to us, who will select it with turn-based criteria. But remember: you can take advantage of the joint conciliation only if you have made your purchase on one of the sites authorized to display the seal!
How does the procedure work?
When the Body receives your application, the Negotiation Commission, formed jointly by a representative of the signatory Consumers’ Association and by a representative of the company involved, will discuss your case and formulate a solution proposal that will become definitive only after your acceptance. The dispute in the conciliatory session is decided according to equity; it is voluntary in nature and free of charge. The whole procedure ends within 90 days of receipt of the application. In order to facilitate the use of the Joint Negotiation service for foreign consumers, the ADR service is also available in English.
How much does it cost?
The consumer has free access to the conciliation procedure. On the other hand, the company is required to pay a small fee.
